Cinderella

For Abi's Birthday, she rec'd tickets to see Cinderella from Gma. It was a play at the Little Theater on the Square in Sullivan. Abi, myself and my mom went and it was so good!! I was very impressed, as this was my first time there. Abi loved it - it kept her full attention the entire show. Afterwards she got a few autographs-

The GIRLS............ A picture taken of the girls on the Tertocha side recently...
hats off to the photographer who was able to capture them all smiling at the same moment!
Too cute!

Last of the Vacation pics

We enjoyed a beautiful day at Silver Dollar City. The girls had a lot fun. Abi was able to ride many rides, but poor Avri was just a hair off from being tall enough for some. I tried to pull her pig tail higher, but just didn't fly. Oh well, she had lots of fun riding what she could. Here is Abi and Daddy boarding her first roller coaster!

She enjoyed it! And can you spot them on the Pirate ship?

This rented double stroller was a life saver!

OUT!!! ( recharging)

Still recharging.....

We really had a great day here. Will definitely be going back! This is the last of our vacation pics. Why do I feel like I need another one already???

Vacation Part 3

Each night before we turned in we stopped at one of the fun areas with rides, bumper boats, go karts, etc.

And here is Tony's big ride of the trip...the Freefall. He just decided on a whim he wanted to do it. I think when he got off he wished he hadnt made such a decision. His hands were shaking for a while! Wont catch me on one of these things! :) Or Abi according to the video :)

Vacation Part 2...

It rained quite a bit the first few days while we were in Branson- so what a better way to spend time indoors- than at an indoor water park. The girls had a blast.

Vacation Time...Branson 2009 (part 1)

We headed out for vacation the morning after the graduation party. We went to Branson again. We had considered Tennessee, but decided with a WILD 19 month old who doesn't like long car rides, we would stick to a shorter drive- and 6 hours in the car was LONG enough for her! We arrived in the afternoon with plenty of time to do some things before relaxing in our cabin
Abi remembers Branson from last summer when we went so she knew some specific places she wanted to visit, this being one of them. Its a kiddie world with fun rides for little ones. Last year Avri had to sit in a stroller and watch big sissy do everything, but not the case this year! Avri's first ride experiences and she climbed on each one like a pro...sporting a HUGE SMILE. The picture below says it all!

The night wasn't complete until we stopped at a fun ice cream parlor.

In the mornings we let the girls play a little on the front porch, that was always nice having breakfast in our cabin and staying in our jammies for a while. Here's Avri in her jammies playing with the Barbies in a Barbie swimming pool.
Abi running up an down the front porch, its so nice and private. We asked for the same cabin we had last year.
We headed to Branson Landing, very cool place to hang out...although it was raining, we made the best of it. Abi held her princess umbrella most of the day. We were sure to hit the Build a bear store, for Abi had just gotten a Gift Card from Chad and Ashley and Baby Chad for her birthday. She chose a pink unicorn and Avri chose a kitty cat.

I LOVE THIS PICTURE BELOW...so cute!!!

Post more later...going to bed! Good Night!

Graduation 2009

It doesn't seem but a few years ago that my older sister wasn't able to make it to my Mt Zion High School graduation because she was giving birth to my first nephew, Devin. Now that same nephew whom I learned from that being an aunt is one of the greatest gifts in life, graduated from Mt Zion HS. We are so very proud of him! He has enlisted in the US Navy and leaves in Feb, 2010. He has big dreams of following this path so I wish him much success and will always be praying for him.

The next Day was his Graduation party.
Here are the girls getting all pretty for the party
Caught the girls "pole dancing"
A party is never complete in our family with out some bags games going on- and lots of smack of course!
Devin and his friends hung out and enjoyed themselves.
